Meet Your Instructor – Guitarist, Performer, and Passionate Music Educator
To say I love music is an understatement. For most of my life, I’ve not only played guitar but used music as a way to express myself when words sometimes fell short. My connection to music—through playing, listening, writing, and teaching—runs deep, and it’s shaped who I am today.
One of the most powerful moments in my journey was realizing not just how to play a song, but why it was written. That emotional connection is what I aim to share with every student I teach. Whether you're just beginning or looking to dive deeper, I want to help you experience that same spark and sense of discovery.
As a performer, I play in several cover bands throughout the Westchester and Connecticut area, focusing on classic rock from artists like Pink Floyd, the Allman Brothers, and Derek and the Dominos. Our goal is to bring people the nostalgic sound they love—and I use that same connection to help students view music in a more meaningful way. Whether you're into Green Day, Django Reinhardt, or Sun Kil Moon, there’s theory and beauty to uncover in every genre.
I teach students of all ages and experience levels, and I believe that every lesson should be a learning experience—no matter where you’re starting from. I treat every student with the same respect and care, whether you're picking up a guitar for the first time or have years of playing behind you. My teaching is about more than technique—it's about feeling the music and finding joy in every note.
If you're ready to build a deeper connection to your instrument and have fun while doing it, I’m here to help you get started.
