Kirk
Kirk studied piano and organ performance with Murielle Lagace at New England Conservatory in Boston, Massachusetts. Upon moving to New York City, Kirk continued studying organ performance with Leonard Raver from the Juilliard School of Music.
As a full-time musician in New York, Kirk has played piano for many professional dance companies including Ballet Hispanico, Ballet Concierto, and the Mark Morris dance company members, as well as two sold-out performances in the Serious Fun! Festival at Alice Tully Hall.
Kirk has maintained a steady teaching schedule with students from New York and New Jersey of all ages, from ages four to seventy, some of whom competed in piano competitions. Kirk's instruction is classically based yet, encourages contemporary choices from the students. Kirk's goal is to ignite a passion for music that will improve each student's quality of life.
