Private Lessons with Alexander
Alexander
Alexander started his musical journey at 8 years old when he began singing in church in his home state of New Mexico. From those beginnings Alexander pursued music wholeheartedly through his childhood. He sang in many children's and adult choirs throughout middle school which led him to participate in his school's jazz program, sparking his love for the piano and saxophone. In his high school years Alexander was educated at renowned institutions such as the Berklee College of Music, where he studied at a pre-college summer program, and the Santa Fe Opera, which accepted Alexander into a highly competitive program where he was trained in operatic vocal techniques throughout his highschool career. Using these skills, Alexander took to songwriting and playing guitar with local bands as well as being an active participant in his high school's theater program as a pit musician, actor, and student music director. At the age of 20, Alexander has recently moved to New York City in order to pursue his career in music. He now works as a music educator who teaches in a variety of disciplines and styles including jazz, theater, pop, rock, and many more! Alexander has a deep passion for all things musical and loves to share that joy with others!
